About Our Fees

Individual Tax Returns
Combined with the meticulous quality of our work, our fees represent the best value available for professional accounting and tax service. You will find our service to be much more personalized and a significantly better value than income tax chain stores or larger firms with expensive overhead costs. In addition, with each tax return prepared we are looking for ways to save our clients tax dollars as well as how they may benefit from sound financial advice.

Fees for preparation of individual income tax returns are based on the forms and schedules necessary to complete the tax returns. Fees for additional service required to complete the tax return, such as tax law research, summarizing client data, and contact with brokers, lawyers and other professionals are charged on an hourly basis. Please contact us for an estimate based on your specific situation. Please note: Payment for individual income tax preparation is due at time of service (C.O.D.). Tax returns will be filed electronically upon receipt of payment.

Business Tax Returns

 Trust & Estate Tax Returns
Fees for preparation of business tax returns are based on the complexity of the return. Accounting and other work incidental to the preparation of the return is billed on an hourly basis. We are happy to meet with you in our office or at your place of business to give you a personal estimate.

Fees for preparation of trust and estate tax returns are based on the complexity of the return and the time required for its completion. Please contact us for an estimate based on your specific needs.

 

Tax Planning

 Accounting & Bookkeeping Service
Fees for tax planning are charged on an hourly basis or under a fixed-price agreement. Under a fixed-price agreement the client will know in advance the entire cost of the service. We offer very competitive rates for accounting and bookkeeping service. Our clients may choose between hourly billing or we will establish an annual fixed-price agreement. The fixed- price agreement is customized to include the specific services requested. Under this innovative billing method the client has full access to our services for one annual price instead of being billed for each phone call, meeting, or other service. Payroll Service

 Consulting Service
We offer a turnkey payroll service at very competitive rates. We can also assist you with your in-house payroll. Please call us for an estimate based on your needs. Fees for consulting service are charged on an hourly basis or under a fixed-price agreement.
